A beginners entry level HIIT session using no equipment comprised of 4 exercises each working for 20 seconds and followed by 10 seconds rest, working between 15-20 minutes dependant on your fitness level. Exercises are :- Body weight squats Kneeling push ups Plank Mountain climbers
