Advanced weighted hiit session perfect for increasing lean muscle mass and fat loss

Here is an advanced quick 4 minute round weighted hiit session consisting of 8 exercises working for 20 seconds on each with a 10 second break between before moving on to the next exercise, I would advise a 2 minute break between rounds looking to complete 4 rounds, so with breaks this workout should take around 22-25 minutes max. Exercises are:- Hang power cleans Push press Supinated bent over row Plyometric split squats Push ups Moving planks Leg raises Squat jumps Have a great workout ;)
